Travel
Travel fees are quoted based on the service location, travel distance, and the time required to reach your destination. * Local Travel: A standard travel fee may apply for locations within my service area. * Extended Travel: Destinations outside my standard service area are quoted individually based on mileage and travel time. * Transportation: When air travel, train, ferry, tolls, parking, rideshare, or rental vehicles are required, these expenses are the client’s responsibility. * Hotel Accommodations: If the service requires an overnight stay or an early morning start that makes same-day travel impractical, hotel accommodations may be required. * Meals: For bookings requiring extended hours (typically 8 hours or more), the client is kindly asked to provide a meal or meal allowance. * Advance Approval: All travel arrangements and associated costs will be discussed, approved, and confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
