All travel, parking, tolls, and any other expense itemized detailed to client prior are billed in addition to base rate given and are due on the same schedule as the final payment. This includes travel via car service to location, flight costs, and any additional transportation means.

Available to travel to most countries, states, and cities worldwide. International & National travel must be booked 30-60 days in advance to ensure proper planning for travel. All travel expenses and accommodations such as flights, transportation, and hotel accommodation paid for by client for bookings where applicable.

100% fee

* Client-initiated cancellation. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing (email is sufficient). Charges apply as follows, calculated against the total rate* - 72 hours or less, day-of cancellation, or a no-show: Client is charged 100% of the total fee - 4-5 business days before the booking date: Client is charged 50% of the total fee - 10-14 or more calendar days before the booking date: retainer/deposit is retained (if applicable); no additional charge. - Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to Artist’s availability on the new date. Additional reschedule requests, or requests made with less notice, are subject to a rebooking fee equal to the cancellation charge tier above that would otherwise apply. **Artist-initiated cancellation. In the rare event Artist must cancel, Artist will make a good-faith effort to secure a qualified replacement artist at the same rate. If no replacement is secured, Client receives a full refund of any deposit/retainer fee given prior.
