Travel
Travel Policy I'm happy to travel for your special day — local, regional, national, or international! Travel fees are calculated based on distance and trip requirements: Local (within 20 miles of NYC): $50 flat fee Regional (20-60 miles): $100 flat fee Regional-Plus (60-100+ miles, or early call times requiring pre-dawn departure): $150-200 flat fee National (flight required): $250 flat travel fee, plus reimbursement for flight and ground transportation. A $125/day rate applies for any additional days needed beyond the event date (e.g., flying in the night before). Client books and covers hotel accommodations. International: $500 flat travel fee, plus reimbursement for flight and ground transportation, a $125/day rate for additional days, and a 25% international service premium. Client books and covers hotel accommodations. A detailed travel quote will be provided once event location and dates are confirmed. A 50% travel deposit is required prior to booking flights for national/international events.
