Travel
On-location services are available throughout Puerto Rico. Travel fees are calculated based on the event location and will be included in your custom quote before booking. For destination weddings or events outside Puerto Rico, clients are responsible for travel expenses, which may include airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations (when required), parking, tolls, and any other applicable travel costs. All travel expenses will be discussed and approved before the booking is confirmed.
Travel is available throughout Puerto Rico and internationally, subject to availability. Early morning events, multi-day bookings, and destination weddings are welcome. Hotel accommodations may be required for locations with very early start times or extended travel distances to ensure timely arrival and the highest quality of service.
Cancellation
50% fee
Appointments canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new date if requested at least 72 hours in advance and subject to availability. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at the artist’s discretion.
Late Fee
$25 fee
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged a $25 late fee. Arrivals over 30 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening the service if necessary to avoid affecting other appointments.
