A travel fee applies to all on-location appointments and is based on the distance from the Salon (Galis Star Beauty). Any additional travel expenses—including tolls, parking, airfare, ferry transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, or other necessary travel costs—are the client’s responsibility and must be paid in advance.

Travel appointments require advance booking and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and comfortable workspace with access to electrical outlets. If the appointment requires an overnight stay, airfare, ferry transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, ground transportation, and any other necessary travel expenses must be arranged and covered by the client in advance. Additional fees may apply for early morning, late evening, holiday, or destination appointments.

30% fee

Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up without prior notice (no-shows) will also be charged according to this policy.

$50 fee

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 late fee. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling depending on our availability.
