Cancellation
50% fee
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service total.
Late Fee
$20 fee
A $20 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Arrivals over 30 minutes late may require cancellation, depending on availability.
