Travel is included within [15] miles of San Francisco 94123. Beyond that, travel is quoted based on the location, distance, and call time, and confirmed in your proposal before booking. Parking, valet, tolls, and bridge fees are billed at cost and added to the final invoice. Call times earlier than 5:00 AM carry an early-start fee of $100. For locations more than 90 minutes away, or any booking with a call time before 4:00 AM, overnight accommodation the night before is required and billed at cost. Destination and out-of-state weddings are quoted individually.

I’m based in San Francisco and travel throughout the Bay Area. I also take destination bookings domestically and internationally with a custom quote. For flights, I book economy on a nonstop or single-connection itinerary arriving at least one full day before the event. Accommodation should be a standard hotel room, single occupancy, within reasonable distance of the getting-ready location. If an additional artist is required, the same arrangements apply to each artist. A confirmed getting-ready location and access details are needed at least [14] days before the event so travel and parking can be arranged.

50% fee

Cancellations 30 days or less before the event are charged 50% of the total booking. Appointments other than event dates may be rescheduled at no cost with 48 hours’ notice. 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late, or no contact within 30 minutes, are treated as no-shows and forfeit the retainer. Services may also be declined for active contagious conditions, unsafe conditions, or unpaid balances, and remain payable.
