Travel
Services located outside of a 25-mile radius will incur a travel fee based on distance, travel time, parking, tolls, and location accessibility. Travel fees will be discussed and approved prior to booking confirmation. Additional fees may apply for early call times, extended travel, or locations requiring significant setup accommodations.
Cancellation
50% fee
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked services. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Fee
$50 fee
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. After 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will be applied to your service. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or canceled to avoid impacting the rest of the schedule. Late fees are non-refundable and must be paid before the service begins.
